Filios Construction Inc. projects has grown from a single home that Spiros built in 1991, after he graduated from the University of the Pacific, to entry level homes, to several hundred town homes, to multifamily projects. Filios has learned to accommodate and build to specific needs in specific markets. In an ever-changing real estate market, Filios turns his talent to fulfill small investor projects, strip centers, office buildings, and build-to-suit buildings, which are the focus of Filios Construction. As a smaller player on the big field of Las Vegas construction, we have the expertise, the ability, and the understanding of the market to provide our customers with exceptional buildings and service. We work with our customers, from land development to design, to value and structural analysis, to quality control. We prefer to participate in negotiated projects. This keeps us in our defined market, and assures our customers they have selected the best contractor for the job.

In addition to the General Contracting Services we provide at Filios Construction we offer other budget saving services as well. We are licensed in the State of Nevada for Plumbing, Landscaping, Masonry and Concrete. We specialize in Multifamily and Commercial projects. Spiros Filios was Vice Chairman of the Contractors Board for the state of Nevada. He was appointed by Governor Kenny Guinn. George Filios was also a Board member for the Contractors Board, He was appointed by then Governor Bob List.
